Abstract:Background: Implementing a Surgical Safety Checklist (SSC) poses several challenges. Operating room (OR) professionals' opinions on SSC determine whether it is used. Additionally, OR professionals often complain of pressure for execution and presence of inappropriate components in the SSC.
