Yoga for Stress Management Among Intensive Care Unit Staff: A Pilot Study

Abstract: Background: Yoga practice may be a valuable therapeutic approach for managing stress and anxiety. The intensive care unit (ICU) may be a place of high occupational stress and anxiety.
