Young′s Modulus Measurement of Metal Beams Based on Fiber Bragg Grating

Abstract: A novel technique for measuring Young′s modulus of metal beams based on fiber Bragg gratings (FGBs) and three-point bend test is proposed. The FBG is sticked on the target metal beam and the three-point bend test method is used to load the force on the sheet.
