Young Women With Breast Cancer in Brazil: A Population‐Based Study Epidemiology of Breast Cancer in Young Women

Abstract: Background: Worldwide, breast cancer is the most frequent cancer in woman. The incidence in young women has been increasing in the last decade, mainly in developing countries. The aim of this study was to report the incidence of breast cancer in young patients (≤ 40 y) from 2007 to 2014 in a poor region of Brazil.
