The tumor occurrs predominantly in the parotid gland but can also be seen in the where minor salivary glands are present. Very rarely malign myoepitheliomas can arise from pleomorphic adenomas. We present a case report with plasmacytoid malignant myoepithelioma arising from pleomorphic adenoma of the soft palate.
