Abstract:Effects of green tea in fish based oxidized oil was evaluated in this study. Lipid of diet was replaced by oxidized fish oil (OFO) at 0, 50 and 100% levels. Green tea extract (GTE) was added to diet in 3 levels, 0, 5 and 100 mg/kg giving a total of 9 experimental diets.
