Abstract: A simple and sensitive liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method was developed and validated for estimation of Labetalol in human plasma, an adrenergic β-receptor blocking agent used in the treatment of hypertension, which exhibits both α-and β-adrenoreceptor blocking activity.
