Zachowania konsumenckie związane z wyborem mlecznych produktów light i ich uwarunkowania

Abstract: Cele artykułu stanowiły przedstawienie specyfiki produktów o obniżonej zawartości energetycznej oraz poznanie opinii i wiedzy ankietowanych na temat spożywania produktów light z wyszczególnieniem produktów mlecznych. Większość respondentów zna termin "żywność niskokaloryczna", czyta informacje zawarte na etykietach, kierując się chęcią zmiany swoich nawyków żywieniowych, ciekawością lub przyzwyczajeniem, oraz wskazuje, że spożywanie produktów light sprzyja odchudzaniu.
