Abstract

The specificity of public utility services as well as satisfying stakeholders' expectations implies the need for local government municipal enterprises to constantly adapt to changing conditions. The aim of the article is to identify the impact of the process approach on the management of a municipal enterprise on the basis of a literature review of the subject in the field of process management in enterprises operating in an evolving environment. The literature review allowed to determine the impact of process management on the effective implementation of municipal services by municipal enterprises.
