ZDHHC18 negatively regulates cGAS‐mediated innate immunity through palmitoylation

Abstract: Double‐stranded DNA is recognized as a danger signal by cyclic guanosine monophosphate‐adenosine monophosphate synthase (cGAS), triggering innate immune responses.
