Zero Tolerance for Workplace Harassment: Legal Regime of Pakistan

Abstract: Purpose: This paper discusses how to avail protection against workplace harassment under the statutes in Pakistan, "Protection Against Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2010", with amendment bill 2022, which deals with harassment and provisions of the Pakistan Penal Code 1860. It dichotomizes what Acts will be considered harassment, with whom, and to what extent.
