Zinc Oxide Nanotubes: Synthesis, Diagnosis and Study the Adsorption Ability of Mercury and Lead Ions from Their Aqueous Solutions

Abstract: Zinc oxide nanotubes were synthesized by electrochemical deposition on zinc substrate using different Voltages (10, 20, 50) volts and different time periods of deposition (5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 45, 60) minutes. Zinc oxide nanotubes were characterized by atomic force microscope, optical microscope with a magnification (1000X), X-ray diffraction technique and thickness measuring device. Dealt with the studying of the effectiveness of the prepared nanotubes in the adsorption of ionic mercury and lead in them in wate… Show more

“…Conversely, overestimation may increase the risk of corneal ectasia in ineligible patients [3]. In this study, the measurements with UP were generally thicker than NCSM and these results agree with the findings of previous studies [3,[7][8][9][10]. These differences can be attributed to the different operating principles of the two devices.…”

“…The photocatalytic process of titanium dioxide nanoparticles primarily includes the step of generating electron pairs and holes (h + / e-), which results from the exposure of titanium dioxide nanoparticles to ultraviolet rays of less than 400 nm, where a series of Photochemical reactions on the surface of a solid catalyst, represented by the redox reactions, are illustrated in Figure1 [7][8][9].…”
