Abstract:ObjectivesInvestigation of the therapeutic effect of zoledronic acid (ZA) in a preclinical model of jaw osteosarcoma (JO).Materials and MethodsThe effect of 100 μg/kg ZA administered twice a week was assessed in a xenogenic mouse model of JO.
