Zonal Intratumoral Delivery of Nanoparticles Guided by Surface Functionalization

Abstract: Delivery of small molecules and anticancer agents to malignant cells or specific regions within a tumor is limited by penetration depth and poor spatial drug distribution, hindering anticancer efficacy.
