Zur Analytik von Phenyltoloxamin

Abstract: Es wird eine neue Methode zur Erkennung und quantitativen Bestimmung von Phenyltoloxamin beschrieben. Sie beruht auf der Reaktion mit p‐Dimethylaminobenzaldehyd und eignet sich besonders zur Analyse von Arzneimittelmischungen. Die Reaktion ist recht spezifisch; sie tritt nur mit chemisch sehr ähnlichen Substanzen wie z. B. Pirexyl® ein.
