Zur Anwendung der Methodenkombination KJELDAHL‐Aufschluß/BERTHELOT‐Reaktion bei der Stickstoffbestimmung in biologischen Materialien 6. Mitt. Die Blockaufschlußtechnik im Halbmikro‐ und Makromaßstab bei biologischen Feststoffen

Abstract: Es wird ein Verfahren zur Stickstoffbestimmung in festen biologischen Materialien unter Anwendung der Blockaufschlußtechnik für den Halbmikro‐ und Makromaßstab beschrieben. Für das Verfahren werden die analytischen Kenngrößen (Eichfunktion, optimaler Arbeitsbereich, Blindwert, Nachweisgrenze u. a.) an‐gegeben. Es können Unterschiede bei den Proben in der physikalischen Beschaffenheit, der chemischen Zusammensetzung, den Stickstoffgehalten und den Mengen, die zur Analyse verfügbar sind, berücksichtigt werden.
