Zymograms in Human Pathology

Abstract: Matrix metalloproteinases (MMP) belong to a distinguished class of zinc-depending endopeptidases. Zymography is a semi-quantitative tool for determining the activity of different MMP isoenzymes in a variety of biological samples.
