Abstract: The literature has documented a controversial discussion on the possible relationship of otogenous manifestations and temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMD) since the 1920s. Common symptoms such as tinnitus, vertigo, otalgia and dizziness occur frequently in TMD patients.
