Влияние Компонентов Метаболического Синдрома На Исход Аутовенозного Бедренно-Подколенного Шунтирования

Abstract

The aim of the study was to assess the influence of each component of the metabolic syndrome and their combinations on the occlusion of autovenous femoral-popliteal bypass in the long-term period. Materials and Methods: The results of treatment of 648 patients who underwent autovenous femoral-popliteal bypass. In accordance with the outcome of the surgical treatment, the patients were divided into 2 clinical groups: the first group included patients who had occlusion of the autovenous femoral-popliteal bypass, the second group included patients with passable autovenous conduit. Results: The combination of the components of the metabolic syndrome more often contributed to the development of occlusion of the autovenous femoral-popliteal bypass in the long-term period after surgical treatment. Conclusion: diabetes mellitus, hypertension, dyslipidemia and obesity contribute to the occlusion of the autovenous femoral-popliteal bypass. The combination of several components of the metabolic syndrome significantly reduces the service life of autovenous femoral-popliteal bypass grafting.
