Вплив Бактерицидних Концентрацій Деззасобів «дзпт-2» Та «екоцид С» На Ультраструктуру Мікобактерій

Abstract

Електронно-мікроскопічними дослідженнямивстановлені суттєві ультраструктурні зміни вклітинах атипових мікобактерій M. kansasii,M. gordonae, M. xenopi, M. flavescens після впливуальдегідного дезінфектанту «ДЗПТ-2» та кисне-вого препарату «Екоцид С». Відмічена різниця у діїдеззасобів на мікробні клітини, що пов’язано зособливостями механізму дії активнодіючих речо-вин, які входять до їхнього складу. Встановлено,що дезінфікуючі препарати в бактерициднихрежимах знищують мікобактерії за рахунокстворення незворотних змін їх субмікроскопічноїорганізації.
 The substantial ultrastructure changes in the cells of atipicalmycobacterium of M. kansasii, M. gordonae, M. xenopi,M. flavescens after influence of aldehydic disinfectant «DZPT-2»and oxygen preparation «Ekocid C» have been established byelectronic-microscopic researches. A difference in operationsdisinfectant preparations on microbal cells, that is related to thefeatures of mechanism of active-operating substances activitywhich are included in their composition is marked. It is establishedthat disinfectant preparations in the bactericidal modes destroymycobacterium due to the creation of irreversible changes of theirsubmicroscopic organization.
