Газофазное И Жидкофазное Гидрирование Ацетилена В Обедненных И Обогащенных Смесях На Нанесенных Модифицированных Палладиевых Катализаторах

Abstract: In the presented review the results of studies devoted to the selective hydrogenation of acetylene to ethylene over bimetallic palladium-containing catalysts are systematized. General regularities and peculiarities of the catalysts action in gas-phase hydrogenation of traces of acetylene in the acetylene-ethylene mixture obtained by pyrolysis of petroleum raw materials, as well as in the process of liquid-phase hydrogenation of mixtures enriched with acetylene and hydrogen are analyzed. The advantages of obtai… Show more

“…As the active components of the supported catalysts in the process of hydrogenation of acetylene compounds, metals of platinum group are used: Pt, Rb, Ru, Pd deposited on carbon, alumina, silica and other supports. In addition to the metals of the platinum group, copper, cobalt, and nickel deposited on various supports are used [1][2]. Palladium catalysts are highly active, but their selectivity is limited, they are rapidly deactivated during the reaction with the formation of paraffin and olefin hydrocarbons [3].…”
