Abstract

The publication is devoted to the theoretical aspect of the problem of innovative activity of future teachers. It is noted that the priorities of higher pedagogical education are currently being rethought, the formation of new conceptual and methodological foundations of educational activity, the need for paradigm changes in the understanding of goals, tasks, content, ways of its organization and implementation.The educational process becomes more flexible, accessible and focuses on how to teach how to think, create, analyze, generate new ideas, and find solutions. In the conditions of the mentioned changes, the requirements for the professional training of teachers, their qualifications, competence and competitiveness in the labor market, the ability not only to adapt in the modern education system, but also to show initiative, independence, and creative potential in the process of personal development are increasing.
