Abstract

The purpose of the study is to characterize the features of key aspects of the change management evaluation process in the enterprise. It is proven that the key essence of the change management system at the enterprise lies in its structured approach to transitioning individuals, teams, and organizations from their current state to a desired future state. It is determined that through careful evaluation, enterprises can identify unforeseen adverse effects of changes, such as increased operational costs, decreased productivity, or customer dissatisfaction. It is established that the change management system occupies a key place in the context of ensuring the financial security of the enterprise, as it helps to adapt to external and internal challenges that can impact security. The key needs in the evaluation of change management at the enterprise are highlighted. The stages of evaluating the change management system in a modern enterprise are defined. It is proven that the change management system plays a key role in ensuring a smooth transition of the enterprise to something new, minimizing disruptions and resistance while simultaneously maximizing the security effectiveness and efficiency of the change process. It is determined that evaluating change management helps to identify threats that may arise as a result of implementing changes. It is proven that subjects of financial security are interested in the stability and predictability of the enterprise's activities. Evaluating the change management system ensures that changes are implemented considering financial stability and reducing financial risks, thereby increasing the trust of the subjects. The main principles that characterize the impact of the results of change management evaluation on the work of subjects of financial security of the enterprise are identified.
