Локальная структура и процессы гидратации галогензамещенных перовскитов на основе Ba-=SUB=-4-=/SUB=-In-=SUB=-2-=/SUB=-Zr-=SUB=-2-=/SUB=-O-=SUB=-11-=/SUB=-
Abstract:Halogen-substituted perovskites Ba_4In_2Zr_2O_10.95F_0.1 and Ba_4In_2Zr_2O_10.95Cl_0.1 are synthesized, and their single-phase composition is verified by X-ray diffraction analysis. Their ability of the studied phases to hydrate and form energetically unequal OH^– groups is proved. It is found that introduction of halide ions leads to a decrease in the hydration degree with respect to the matrix composition, which is explained by a decrease in the crystal unit cell free volume Processes.

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
