Abstract:The questions of substantiation of the need to create and the prospects of developing a method for non-invasive diagnosis of lesions by compounds of neuroparalytic action in the field that meet modern requirements for sensitivity, specificity and speed are considered. As a result of the research, a method for early and reliable noninvasive diagnosis of lesions by neuroparalytic compounds in the field using an optical biosensor of irreversible cholinesterase inhibitors was proposed.
