Модифицирование магнитных свойств сплава CoPt путем ионного облучения

Abstract: The effect of ion irradiation on the magnetic properties of films of the ferromagnetic CoPt alloy made by the method of electron beam evaporation is investigated. It has been established that with an increase in the He+ ion fluence from 1×1013 to 1×1016 cm-2, a decrease in the coercive field and an increase in the planar component of the axis of easy magnetization are observed.
