The task of increasing the level of survivability of the logistics support system in the conditions of conducting hostilities in modern conditions is becoming more and more urgent. This is due to the fact that the success of hostilities is achieved mainly by destroying military facilities, which include: personnel, control points, military and transport equipment, stockpiles of material resources and other logistics facilities. In addition, the presence of a large number of logistical facilities in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the level of survivability of which does not correspond to the level of development and capabilities of modern means of defeating the enemy.
In order to solve these problems, the materials of the article identify factors that significantly affect the level of survivability and effective functioning of the logistics support system. The analysis of factors related to the probability of damage to logistics objects, as well as those that directly affect the level of survivability of a logistics object, is carried out in the materials of the article. In addition, the mathematical components of these factors were analyzed in order to determine the ways of their neutralization and weakening of the negative impact. It was determined that measures such as the creation of false objects have a significant impact on neutralizing the above factors and increasing the survivability of logistics objects. Reasonable subjective indicators that must be changed to increase survivability.
In the materials of the article, it is proposed to increase survivability due to the dispersion and mutual distance of logistical support objects, which excludes the possibility of defeating more than one object or its element with one munition, and the necessary mathematical equations are given.
In addition, the article identifies a discrepancy between the level of development of modern weapons and the level of survivability of logistical facilities. At the same time, in practice, there is a tendency to increase the role of the importance of logistics facilities in ensuring the overall dynamics of the functioning of the troops (forces), which are the primary targets for fire damage by missiles and artillery of the enemy and its subversive reconnaissance groups.
These shortcomings indicate that in previously performed studies, the influence of the survivability of logistics objects on the effectiveness of logistics support was not sufficiently considered in theory. Therefore, in further research, it is necessary to analyze the existing scientific approaches to assessing the survivability of the logistics support system in the conditions of conducting hostilities in order to determine the ways of their improvement.
