Поперечные Пьезо- И Пироэлектрический Эффекты В 2d-Наноаллотропах Нитрида Бора, Обусловленные Риплообразованием

Abstract: It is shown that the formation of ripples in the structure of 2D nanoallotropes of boron nitride leads to the occurrence of transverse piezo- and pyroelectric effects in them with temperature-dependent coefficients. The value of these coefficients for various 2D nanoallotropes is calculated.
