Професійна Компетентність Педагогічних Працівників У Сфері Дошкільної Та Початкової Освіти В Умовах Воєнного Стану

Abstract

The article substantiates the need for mandatory revision of the content of the teacher's professional competence. Currently, in the conditions of the introduction of different modes of education, depending on the security situation in each of the regions of Ukraine, qualitatively new demands are placed on pedagogical workers.The components of the professional competence of preschool and primary school teachers, which they should master in the conditions of martial law, were determined: health-preserving, organizational, psychological-pedagogical, methodical, social-communicative, informational-analytical, managerial.The content of the health-preserving competence consists in ensuring the safety of life and health by the teacher, as well as the optimal organization of the educational process for children of preschool and primary school age in various modes of education and upbringing.Organizational competence consists in complying with the requirements for the implementation of the educational process in kindergartens and primary schools, taking into account the principles of universal design, reasonable adaptation, as well as taking into account the principles of systematicity, flexibility, and the place of students' location.The content of the psychological and pedagogical competence will consist in the teacher acquiring knowledge and skills in providing first aid, self-help, psychological support to other participants of the educational process in a state of stress, organizing an informative, motivating, meaningful educational environment, in the formation of key competencies in children, implementation of general didactic principles of learning.The essence of methodological competence is the acquisition of knowledge and the ability to apply forms, methods and methods of learning in different modes, distance learning technologies, online content and services, and the ability to conduct online events.We see social-communicative competence in the knowledge of means of communication with parents, children and other participants of the educational process using various communication channels, the ability to choose the most effective ones depending on the communication situation, to use various forms of communication and interaction during education and upbringing.The content of managerial competence consists of the availability of knowledge and skills regarding the management of the educational process in the children's team depending on the learning format and using classroom management strategies, managing compliance with the security situation, the process of socialization of children, establishing constant communication, and the process of preventing the bullying occurrence.
