Сardiopylmonary transthyretin amyloidosis

Abstract: Wild type transthyretin amyloidosis (ATTRwt) affects a number of target organs, most commonly the heart. Over the last years, autopsy findings revealed that the lungs are involved in the pathological process more frequently than diagnosed in premortem cases.
