A new method is proposed for calculating the structural parameters of glass membranes, making it possible to calculate on the basis of the experimental values of the porosity, average radius of capillaries and spherical pores of membranes the average coordinate number, specific surface area, the average radii of the throats of spherical pores (interpore bridges) of membranes, and the tortuosity of the capillaries of membranes. The structural parameters of membranes in comparison with known methods and experimental data were analyzed with the aid of the proposed method.
