Abstract:The behavior of the localized plastic flow autowaves characteristics is considered in the Fe-Ni-Cr alloy for the temperature range from 143 K to 420 K (420 K is the Debye temperature). It is shown that the multiplication of the autowave length and the velocity of its propagation, in the specified interval, decreases with temperature. At the same time, the ratio of this value to the viscosity of the phonon gas in the metal in the investigated temperature range remains practically constant. This indicates that t… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
