Abstract

The formation of one's own image, the ability to interpret messages, to know a person is the task that needs to be solved during self-education and advanced training of a teacher of geodisciplines of a higher educational institution.The theoretical consideration of the problem of forming the professional and pedagogical image of the teacher of geodisciplines proved the need to use selfeducational work in order to educate personal and professional skills and conduct the necessary specialized activities.
