Цитомегаловірусний Гепатит У Дітей

Abstract: Резюме. В статье приводится анализ структуры вирусных гепатитов у детей, среди которых цитомегаловирусный (ЦМВ) гепатит как моноинфекция диагностирован у 8 (3,4 %) детей, микст-инфекцияу 10 (4,3 %) больных. Представлены клинические наблюдения ЦМВ-гепатита у детей разного возраста, демонстрирующие различные варианты течения: острый ЦМВ-гепатит, закончившийся выздоровлением у 12-летнего ребенка, и первично-хронический у 5-месячного ребенка.
