Abstract: The comprehensive experimental and theoretical study of the processes of local ordering of multicomponent alloys was carried out. Experimental techniques included atom-probe tomography and measurement of electrical resistivity during isochronal annealing. The theoretical study was carried out by atomistic modeling methods.
