Электрически Управляемый Логический Ключ На Основе Ступенчатого Волновода Из Пленки Железо-Иттриевого Граната И Пьезоэлектрического Актюатора

Abstract: The possibility of performing the function of a logical key by a device based on a waveguide of spin waves containing two channels differing in the thickness of a ferrite film is shown. To switch the key state, the dependence of the type of interference (constructive or destructive) on the output converter common to both channels on the degree of waveguide deformation under the action of an electrically controlled actuator is used.
