Abstract: The paper describes the results of studying the optical and electrical characteristics of films made of silicon nanoparticles (nc-Si) deposited on substrates by high-voltage electrospray from sols of nc-Si in ethanol. It was found that the interaction of ethanol droplets carrying nc-Si with an electric field of corona discharge leads to polymerization of ethanol and formation of a polymer layer on the nanoparticle surface.
