Abstract

With the increasing use of fiber reinforced concrete as a structural material, more information on its mechanical properties is needed. This paper express to characterize the stressstrain properties of fiber reinforced concrete mortar in compression. An experimental program was designed to show how the addition of steel fibers with 1.0 percent volume fractions affected the compressive strength, and compared with those with zero steel fiber.
