Abstract:concerning the mediation of positive psychological capital on the relationship between workplace fun and employee engagement. According to the results, Furthermore, these findings also indicate that positive psychological capital had direct effect on employee engagement. After the above mediation effects were accounted for, the results indicate that there remained an almost-nil association between workplace fun and employee engagement. Implications for management and future research are discussed
