Abstract: Hilbert-Schmidt independence criterion least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (HSIC Lasso) and plural long shortterm memory (pLSTM) has been implemented in a multi-electrode impedance meter (MIM) to estimate void fraction α accurately in vertical gas-liquid flows.
