尼莫地平脑心通联合针刺百会四神聪对轻度认知障碍早期的临床干预治疗研究

Abstract

Objective:To early intervention treatment of mild cognitive impairment, can delay the progression. Methods: Chosed 110 cases of mild cognitive impairment patients, randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group treated by oral Nimodipine and Naoxintong combined with Acupuncture at the early stage. And the control group treated by oral Nimodipine. Assessed of the patients' cognitive function by the Montreal cognitive assessment scale, before and after treatment. And analysed the result. Results: Treatment group total effective rate was 69.64%; The control group total effective rate was 51.85%. Found that acupuncture best four god astute joint nim horizon heart failure early intervention treatment,could improve the Montreal cognitive assessment scale score.Conclusion: The cognitive ability of the mild cognitive impairment patients could be improved better by oral Nimodipine and Naoxintong combined with Acupuncture at the early stage.
