Abstract:The influenza A virus (IAV) is a highly infectious RNA virus that has a significant impact on human health due to its rapid mutation rate and high incidence. Currently, the anti-IAV drugs used in clinical settings, such as amantadine, oseltamivir, and peramivir, have shown drug resistance, leading to a potential threat of widespread resistance and a lack of effective treatment options.
