福岡県大牟田市における社宅街の変化に伴う居住者年齢構成の変容に関する研究

Abstract

This study aimed to clarify the transformation of age structure according to change of company housing area. We focused on coal mining city as advanced shrinking area. The results made the following things clear; (1) Varied housing supplies in company housing sites (ex. continuation of company houses, constructions of detached houses in phases and constructions of various public houses) can lead to diversity of age structure. (2) Development of detached housing area for coal mine workers by coal mining company leads to rapider aging than normal development and can cause imbalance of age structure.
