Abstract:Surgical indications for nasopharyngeal carcinoma are limited, and dealing with recurrent cases is often challenging. We experienced a case of nasopharyngeal cancer recurrence in the nasal sinuses after chemoradiotherapy, in which the lesion was completely removed by two transnasal endoscopic procedures.
