Background – The problem of waste is one of big problems arise from various sectors. Recycling and reusing can be one good solution. Balinese people who still carry out traditions including the event with various arts, one of which is a beautiful offering. This beautiful offering is in the form of sampyan from art coconut leaves which ends as waste. In the past, when Balinese were going to cook, they could use fuel from this dry coconut leaves waste. On The Holidays for ceremonies, there is a 30% increase in waste. Even though this is a ceremonial waste, a balance in the relationship with God/Hyang Widi must be maintained in accordance with the Balinese concept of Tri Hita Karana. This concept is in the form of a balanced relationship towards Hyang Widi/God, to the fellow humans and to the environment that causes happiness. Therefore, waste must be processed. Husks and straw waste from rise field in Bali amounted to 54.65 million tons of GKG, then alot of sawdust waste from wood carving and wood architecture industries. This waste is often burned even though some are used for planting media and fuel. On the other hand, the tourism community and people in Bali produce 829 tons of plastic waste per day. Currently, appreciation of buildings with “Green Architecture” is a concern for tourism and will become of destinations. Thus, it will very possible in Bali. Purpose – provide economic value added for the community, wood workers and farmers and make the world a better place. Findings –Artistic acoustic panel recycled material from plastic bottles and waste of sampyan, sawdust, husks, straw. Originality/value – Acoustic Panel Material and Artistic Acoustic Panels with Balinese Architectural Ornaments is an original. Design/methodology/approach – Recycled plastic waste with the right mixture composition is heated and printed with a hot press machine. In this study, the Transmission Loss test was carried out using an Impedance Tube. Research limitations – Measurement of transmission loss on sheet panels has limitations. Measurements should be developed into room research.
Abstrak Perkembangan Arsitektur Tradisional Bali (ATB) tetap terjadi. Ditemukan ATB yang perkembangannya merupakan kriteria kekokohan, dan lebih mengutamakan tampilan keindahan. Perkembangan pengindahan dengan perletakan ornamen estetika yang tidak pada tempatnya, berupa perletakan kencut pada saka (kolom kayu) sekeliling bale (bangunan ATB) serta canggahwang (segitiga pengaku) dengan ukiran tembus yang penuh dan indah. Perkembangan tersebut tidak terlepas dari permintaan masyarakat pemesan ATB. Pekerja ATB bukanlah seorang undagi yang ahli pada bidang ATB. Pekerja ATB kurang memahami prinsip-prinsip konstruksi ATB yang tahan terhadap gempa termasuk pemahaman perletakan ornamen estetika/ukirannya. Hal ini menyebabkan pelemahan-pelemahan pada titik-titik tumpuan yang sangat beresiko saat terjadi gempa serta akan merusak ikon ATB yang selama ini diketahui tahan terhadap gempa. Dari perkembangan yang terjadi di lapangan, pengindahan-pengindahan bangunan bale ATB perlu diarahkan melalui workshop pekerja ATB. Pada akhir workshop/pelatihan, keahlian para pekerja ATB semakin meningkat sehingga paham dan mampu menerapkan makna keindahan dan logika struktur ATB. This research aims to find out the forms of diversification of people's livelihoods in Talang Indah Tourist Attractions pringsewu regency, as well as the economic classification of the community after the existence of Talang Indah Tourist Attractions Pringsewu Regency. The methods used in this study are qualitatively described with data collection techniques observation, documentation, literature, questionnaires, and interviews. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion withdrawal. The results and discussion obtained by researchers are as follows: the community around Talang Indah Tourist Attraction has a variety of sources of income obtained from Talang Indah Attractions both from the agricultural and nonfarm sectors. The source of income of the community is not only from one source, but from several sources, which in this case it is said that the community has a diverse source of income and is commonly referred to as diversification of livelihoods.As for the form of diversification of livelihood after the existence of Talang Indah Tourist Attractions, namely Managers, janitors, security officers, counter guards and traders; as well as the classification of people's livelihoods in Talang Indah Tourist Attraction based on working hours, type of work and income level. The transformation of livelihoods for the community is due to new job opportunities related to Talang Indah Tourist Attractions.
Purpose: This paper will explore the tourism economy in collaborative governance perspective. Design/methodology/approach: This article is a theoretical study. The information is collected by the snowball method. All related theories and research are collected systematically. Data collected from secondary sources. The secondary resources are textbooks and research results. Textbooks are used to collect theories related to the research topic. Empirical research is used to link existing theories with the latest conditions in the field. Findings: Public administration literature shows are five paradigms ``developed in public administration, namely: Old Public Administration (OPA), New Public Administration (NPA), New Public Management (NPM), New Public Services (NPS) and Governance. Research limitations/implications: This is an theoretical study. This study is limited to theoretical examination for the the tourism economy in collaborative governance perspective. Therefore, future research should examine empirically to get confirmation for the theories. Practical implications: This research can be used by future researcher as the basis to examine empirically tourism economy in collaborative governance perspective. Social Implications: The results can enrich literature Collaborative governance, especially in the case of tourism economy. Originality/value: This is an early compilation to examine the tourism economy in collaborative governance perspective.
