The increasing role of knowledge in modern society actualises the creation of conditions for the formation and redistribution of information resources. Implementation of Internet economy principles has a positive effect on both economic and social performance indicators of Russian companies. The positive effect is manifested not only in the growth of revenue volumes of companies but also in their increasing corporate social responsibility. In this regard, the study of management methods in telecommunications and industrial production – sectors that are critical to the 21st century’s economy – is of particular importance. Increasing employees’ responsibility by elevating their engagement, which can be achieved through granting them additional rights, contributes to the formation of a team with such internal motivation that is most effective and valuable for a modern company. Redistribution of operational power between interest groups makes the interests of all performers unite around the goals of the organization.
The formation of an innovative economy imposes new obligations on various industries and spheres of activity. The relevance of using new management methods and approaches is increasing. The identification of methods for integrating HR practices used by organizations in the process of digital transformation into the strategic context of the information society is of both scientific and practical interest. The challenges facing the Russian economy motivate the management of Russian organizations to respond in a timely manner to the dynamism of the external environment. The systematization of the main provisions of the Concept of Development of the Russian Federation until 2020, reports of consulting companies, reports of leading Russian banks - the best employers in Russia indicates the readiness of the latter to respond to external threats of the new strategic context. Further improvement of management methods and personnel practices will ensure both the development of the Russian economy as a whole and the attractiveness of Russian organizations for highly qualified specialists. In the context of the information society, it is recommended to continue the consistent and systematic implementation of new management techniques.
В статье рассматриваются особенности организационного развития российских университетов в контексте реализации проекта «5-100» по повышению их международной конкурентоспособности.Целью работы является формирование внутриорганизационных механизмов организационного развития российских университетов посредством систематизации нормативной базы и подведения итогов по проекту «5-100». При этом использовались следующие основные методы исследования: анализ информации из открытых источников и включенное наблюдение8. В ходе подготовки статьи изучены нормативные документы и теоретические концепции, а также результаты исследований особенностей развития вузов, выявлены типичные черты российских университетов. На основе установленных характерных особенностей и проблем вузов РФ сформулированы рекомендации по обеспечению дальнейшего развития университетов в условиях инновационной экономики.В заключении указывается на необходимость пересмотра существующих механизмов целеполагания и вовлечения ключевых заинтересованных сторон в стратегический процесс, формирования мотивирующей среды вуза, имплантации принципов организационной демократии при одновременном отказе от бюрократических ценностей.
This article examines the specifics of human resource management in the context of the promotion of an innovative economy. The study of the human resource management practices in Sberbank of Russia is highly relevant due to the challenges and external threats Russia currently faces and must respond to. The findings made following the analysis of the bank’s reports, surveys, and other open-source information indicate Sberbank’s high readiness to respond to the challenges typical of the new strategic context. At the same time, certain elements are identified without which such organizations operating in the conditions of the digital economy will not be able to outdo their competitors in the future. Sberbank has successfully implemented the Development Strategy through the consistent introduction of human resource management practices that correspond to the current trends involving the development of the information society. It is suggested that the range of tools used to establish an innovation-oriented environment be expanded with organizational democracy and agile leadership.
