The regulations have been grounded in the article according to which the Ukrainian Pryazovye is positioned as the unique resource-recreational space, cultural-world outlook, landscape-physical-geographical, recreational-tourist resources (available and latent, current and potential) of which are used extremely insufficiently. Bodies, forces and phenomena of nature and society are meant by cultural and ideological resources that affect behavior, character, spiritual and physical development of man during the recreational cycle. Against the background of temporary limitation of the use by the Ukraine of the part of its Azov-Black Sea coast, the Ukrainian Pryazovye receives the option to increase its resource and recreational rating and to strengthen the national recreational and tourist branch as a whole, which requires the balanced, constructive and delicate attitude to this territory. The last consists of three sectors-connections, which are the largest by area, length and recreational mastery of which there is the Zaporizhzhya Pryazoviye. It has been emphasized that the level of ensuring of the territory of the Ukraine with recreational and tourist resources and the degree of the promotion of tourist products compared with other countries has medium and low level, the vulnerability of which during existential threats (temporary loss of the Crimea, Covid-19, the destruction of architectural and historical environment) increases at times. So, the reassessment of the eco-health-improvement and tourist meaning of the Ukrainian Pryazovye, the "reflashing" of the strategy of its further development against this background becomes more than obvious. This topicality is reinforced with the analysis of the significant array of the publications from the subject-object essence of the research, which expands and deepens the theory of resource-recreational scientific and practical direction (the number of the new concepts has been introduced), emphasizes the anthropocentric character of recreational geography, gives 5 hypothetical scenarios of the development of recreational and tourist branch in the regional and the national format on the operational perspective and contains generalizing cartographic models of the development of the regional environmental and recreational and tourist function.
Considered nature on the one hand as one of the applied scientific industries, is based on natural science knowledge and fundamental socio-economic disciplines, and on the other, how extensive and powerful the practice and public experience in the use of natural conditions of natural resources. Describes the main stages the content and structure of the programme on environmental management, which is composed in accordance with the educational-professional programs of preparation of specialists of educational-qualifying level “master” in speciality “service industry”, speciality “Tourism”. Given the number of structurally-logic models of selected subjects. Conducted research and performed the qualitative assessment of natural components within the NPP of Ukraine can compensate for incomplete register data adaptive resource base of tourism and serve as a sort of “roadmap” in the implementation of various tourist and adaptive programs for the disabled population.
ГЕОГРАФІЯ. 1(74)/2019 ~ 13 ~ precipitation amounts received for the territory of Ukraine according to 143 meteorological stations indicate that there are no directed changes in annual rainfall in most of the country. The indices of homogeneity of the series of average annual values of air temperatures obtained for the territory of Ukraine according to the data of the same 143 meteorological stations according to different criteria testify to the violation of the homogeneity of this indicator on the territory of Ukraine since about 1989, which testifies to the climatic changes taking place in the countryover the past decades, reflecting global climate change. The distribution of mineral deposits and the distribution of chemical elements on the globe are characterized by heterogeneity. A wide range of publications of domestic and foreign specialists - geologists, geographers, geochemists, economists - were dedicated to mineral resources of the world, mineral deposits. During processing the material the comparative-geographical, cartographic (analysis of minerals maps, mineral resources in the context of continents and regions of the world, cartographic interpretation of Mendeleev periodical table), monographic (analysis of fundamental works of leading domestic and foreign geologists and resource scientists, geologists and geologists, and geologists and geologists) directories, multi-volume editions devoted to geology and mineral resources of individual countries and regions of the world) methods, systematic approach, and GIS technologies - all these were used for received data processing and systematization. Explored mineral deposits (current and potential) form on the planet both individual local deposits and geochemical zones – areas where economically valuable chemical elements and their compounds are concentrated, which are diverse in genesis, stocks, and possibilities of exploitation. The largest of the latter is the Appalachians in the US - the Western Hemisphere, the Highveld in South Africa, Khibiny and the Ural Mountains inRussia - the Eastern Hemisphere. The leading countries in which most geochemical resources are extracted from the subsoil are the United States (65% of the total elements of Mendeleev periodical table), Russia (48%), China (38%), Canada (38%), South Africa (30%), Australia, (27%), Kazakhstan (19%), India (14%), Mexico (13%). The ideas about the level of provision of mineral resources and minerals in individual countries and territories of the world were systematized. The Mendeleev periodical table and its mineral and raw content were presented as an objective factor in the international geographical distribution of labor. The illuminated issues are confirmed high density of interdisciplinary links (geology, geography, chemistry, geochemistry, ecology, economics, regional studies, zoning).
The modern experience of the organization of the services for the people with disabilities in the world and the national tourist market has been characterized in the article. After all, the person disability is a social phenomenon, no country can avoid it, and therefore, the priority is the formation of the policy as for the providing of the help to a special category of the population. The fact that tourism is one of the important forms of the social rehabilitation and the adaptation of the low-mobility category of the population to the conditions of the environment, which can be unnoticed by the authorities and the society. Today, the significant changes are occurred in the tourist markets of many countries such as the people with disabilities and people with the limited physical and the psychophysicalabilitiesare involved to the general tourist space, and the development of the special tourist programs considering the accessibility for the people with disabilities creates the equal capabilities for the realization of the rights of every people to the rest. Tourism for this category of the people in our country is one of the new directions of the activity, its social significance is due, in particular, to the fact that the relative and the absolute number of the people with the different types of the physical and the psychophysical disabilities increases constantly. Due to the imperfection of the systemof the health care, the increase of the number of the traffic accidents, the operation in the east of our country, the number of the people with the disabilities increases constantly, and therefore, growing demand in the organization of the specialized measures as for the social and the physical rehabilitation. Tourism in our country is not fully accessible type of the activity for the special category of the population. The tourist sphere of Ukraine is practically not ready to the providing of the tourist services to the people with the special demands, the recreational zones are not adapted to their abilities and the requirements, there is a lack of the methods and the experience of the specialists. The powerful base of the tourist resources of Ukraine remains partially inaccessible for the visiting of the people with disabilities. The analysis of the experience of the countries which have the tourist zones, the tourist routes, the objects which correspond to the special architectural standards will be allowed creating "accessible" tourist infrastructure.
