The present paper deals with some theoretical problems of an inhibitor urea biosensor with immobilized urease and base ion-selective electrode for fluoride ions. The kinetics under homogeneous conditions is ana(vzed and the basic differential equations describing the behaviour of the inhibitor .~vstem are presented. A.flerwarcl.s the theoretical background and the behaviour of a biosensor with active a.~:vmmetric membrane under steat{y-state mode are anavzed. Ana(vtical expressions of the biosensor tran.~fer jimction for 5 dijjerent cases are obtained, including the case when no limitations of the inhibitor and substrate concentrations are necessm:v.
Dynamic behaviour of urea biosensor at quasi-stationary enzyme kinetics is investigated in this article. Mathematical dependencies and digital simulation of non-linear enzyme system at weak inhibition are presented. Forming of uniform scales is proved to be possible for dynamic information parameters.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
