The Nuclear Test Program is planned, directed, and evaluated by Atomic Power Development Associates, Inc. (APDA), The tests are conducted by Power Reactor Development Company (PRDC). The reactor proper is owned and operated by PRDC. The steam generators and electrical generation facilities are owned by The Detroit Edison Company (DECo), The authors gratefully acknowledge the assistance of H. A. Wilber and P. M.
