The paper determines the factors affecting the characteristics of photovoltaic modules in the conditions of Krasnoyarsk Krai. During the work the dependences of the energy of solar radiation in the territory of the Krasnoyarsk Krai on the height of the sun above the horizon, as well as the spectral composition of solar radiation on the same parameters were identified. The results obtained will help determine the rational modes of a photovoltaic power station and the need to use light filters in certain areas of the region.
MOTS C L~S :X-ray microscopy Microscopie X Electron beam lithography Lithographie 6lectronique SUMMARY : We repon the manufacture of germanium phase zone plates as objective lenses for high resolution X-ray imaging at 2.4nm wavelength. The phase shifting properties of the germanium can be used to enhancc the diffraction efficiency of a zone plate. Zone plate pattems with smcture widths down to 30 nm are generated by low distortion electron beam lithography. The S~C~U T~S are transferred into a 280nm thick layer of germanium by reactive ion etching (RIE) using a highly selective vilevel mask. 100 nm thick baron doped silicon windows made fmm si& crys!n_! ~yafprs serve as high transmission support membranes. Measurements at the BESSY storage ring proved diffraction efficiencies up to 6.2 %. X-ray imaging of a test object showed clearly resolved 30 nm features.
The global trends in the development of photovoltaic power stations (PPS) and their application are actively fighting for a place in the sun. On January 20, 2009, Vladimir Putin (at that time the chairman of the government) signed a decree approving the main directions of state policy in the development of renewable energy sources (RES) until 2024, and on May 13, 2019, by decree no. 216 “On the approval of the energy security of the Russian Federation” signed the Doctrine of the energy security of the Russian Federation. In this regard, the need to find the optimal operating modes of PPS has become acute, which is an environmentally friendly way to generate electricity. New designs and methods of using systems are being developed to study and determine the optimal operating modes of PPS. The work justified the design parameters and experimentally investigated the characteristics and operating modes of PPS, determined the effect of the spectral composition of radiation on the amount of generated energy. The study was conducted using graph-analytical processing of the results of practical PPS tests characteristics by simulating outlook surfaces using the biharmonic interpolation method in the Curve Fitting Toolbox application of the MATLAB program.
The article describes the work of a software product designed to process the results of analytical studies on the effect of solar radiation intensity on its spectrum by bigarmonic interpolation. As a result of the program, the processed analytical data is converted into three-dimensional surfaces showing the dependencies of studies on the effect of solar radiation intensity on its spectrum, the height of the sun and geographical coordinates. The program allows you to determine areas with a certain percentage of the spectrum from the height of the sun and is used in research organizations, educational institutions and design organizations of the electric power industry.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
